Wachovia Mortgage Me Victim TOO Tampa fl

You know I cannot do this anymore. I am 64 and bought my retirement home with my late husband in 2005 Yes late husband he died 9 months later. Could not sell the home due to the market and racked up 65K in credit card debt trying to make the payments. Was told in Nov 08 they couldn't help because I was current. So I went delinquent. Then got harrassed and was told if I got current they could help. Once current they said they couldn't help. Was on the phone today with a HUD counselor for 2 hours 1/2 was with Wachovia. They wanted the same info I provided 2 times before which they had no record of. Anyway they said I didn't qualify. I have no income since he died and yet they would rather let it go to foreclosure and loose money than work with me who is making struggling payments and keeping the house in good condition. I give up. You know they can just have it./ Any answers on how long I can figure to stay before they kick me out.
