I began back in July 09, applied for a loan modification. I faxed in all 40 pages of the requested paperwork, more then once. Called to confirm it was received. Placed follow up calls to my calls. I was told my paperwork EXPIRED!!! Please start the process again!

I have been doing this every month, to no avail. My last attempt was on Nov. 4 09. I faxed the papers, called to confirm. YES we have your papers, they are going to the underwriter......that was on the 17th!!! Called today to "check up".....CLOSED!!!! Papers EXPIRED!!! Never went to the underwriter!!!! Start all over, yet again!!!!

I am fed up!!! I will file a complaint where ever I can, to whomever will listen!!!!!! What am I missing? I've sent the documents, they received them, scanned then, told me they have them.........yet they KEEP dropping the ball!!!!
