Wal-Mart Family mobile Wal-Mart T-mobile Rip off from the beginning Nationwide

 Had service with family mobile for 18 months paid $30 extra a month for "high speed" data. My phones never got out of 2G. When I complained was told that there is a "data congestion problem" in my area. So needless to say I was not happy...requested unlock codes for both of my phones and that was like pulling teeth nobody there can speak English very well and could not keep stories straight. Finally received codes 4 days later...after receiving them I called and canceled service. Went to new carrier and unlocked phones and ported my numbers. I'm no longer their network haven't been for months...never once while I was with them did I receive a paper bill in the mail was always a text message reminder. In the two months since leaving their network I have received two paper bills for two months of service that I did not use...how could I? I'm on a different carriers network. How do I owe money for a no contract pre pay service? They refuse to stop billing me and threaten to put in my credit report. WTF....?
