I too have had a bad experience with this company. It was extremely difficult to return the clubs. First they got me to agree to test a set of hybrid clubs, and then they sent me a full set of irons and charged me for them at way more than the hybrid clubs we agreed to. When I tried to return them it was an ordeal to get a Return Authorization Number, I have to argue with the guy.... he got very rude and insulting. I fianlly got a return number and sent the clubs right back, it has been three week since I returned them and they still have my money.
