Warrior Custom Golf Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, offered me a chance to load shotgun to shoot him Irvine California

I believe they have a good product but their dealings are very shady. Like many others I did not do my homework before committing myself to a relationship with WCG and now am regretting it!

Today, in fact, I (hope) have finished dealing with these guys for the last time. I spoke with a sales manager named Rainer (at X6706). What an excuse of a professional!

This guy was the most ridiculous person I've ever worked with on anything! I thought Id seen it all until I dealt with this guy. He was asking me about my bad experience while trying to sell me a bag, head covers, balls, woods and driver, and irons for the entire amount I wanted them to refund. What a deal!

But, I told him that I try to support those companies that work hard at customer service and did not want to do business with WCG. He was disrespectful and finally told me that he'd fly me out there so I could load the shotgun with shells if the money was not refunded as soon as I wanted.

Any company would not have a person like him as a front sales manager. It's bad business. Anyway, I was on the fence about doing business with them in the future but this guy solidified the bad taste in my mouth. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
