Warrior Custom Golf No refund after 3 months and multiple phone calls Ripoff Irvine California

I made the mistake of signing up for their try out offer on their website. I was supposed to tryout three woods and I would get a driver and a putter for my trouble even if I didn't want the clubs and sent them back.

I received the clubs minus the putter and despite assurances that I would still the putter I still haven't at this time (but then they also assured me I would receive my money back too) and I ended up sending the clubs back.

The package was signed for by someone named Kevin on their dock and they have acknowledged on the phone that they have received them.

After a couple weeks of waiting for a refund on my credit card I called them and they told me that there was an error somewhere and they would refund it immediately.

Couple more weeks went by and nothing. I guess their definition of immediate and mine are different. Sort of the old 'It depends on what your definition of the word is is' defense.

I called back again and they told me that just to be safe give them another two weeks and they would refund it. Nothing still...

This is a very low class operation in my opinion and please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

It's not worth it.
