Washington Mutual Illegal activity, sold mortgage after BK7 to another company. Never heeded Federal Judges Order Ripoff Colorado Springs Arizona

Filed Chapter 7 in February 2005, discharged may 2005. Included Wahsington Mutual, non affirmation on the home. Moved out immediately, was not in foreclosure. In September 2005, Washington Mutual sold the mortgage to another company with my name on it.

As of May 2, 2006, I'm listed as being in foreclosure and over 180 days late in payments to a company I never heard of.

Federal bankruptcy court in Denver was notified by me, they want all paperwork. Public trustees office, said WAMU did a big no no. Possible hearings being reopened for sanctions against Washington Mutual.

I'm being told to sue Washington Mutual. I need an attorney. I've called a couple, appears they don't want to sue a mortgage company. Any help would be appreciated..
