Webroot Webroot's Lack of Customer Support Boulder Colorado

Terrible 3 months running numerous attempts.

Understaffed, hoping consumers will continue and ignore that customer service got them to the top over Norton Symantec, now with new wave of products totally blowing existing customer base and service company recommendations in previous years.

Management BLUNDER.
