Weebly Weebly Stole My Website Internet
After hosting my company website for a year, billing my credit card monthly, my credit card company mistakenly reveresed one month's charge paid to Weebly. I received an email from Weebly informing me that my site was removed for violating terms and conditions. I called customer service to learn that it was because I reversed the charge for that month - I was unaware of the reversal until then, The reversal was an error on the bank's part. I offered to resolve any way possible - paying with a different form of payment including any fees that Weebly may have incurred as a result but Weebly will not respond to my emails. My website is gone and the contents are not made available to me in any way - stolen. I am at a complete loss upwards of $2k that it cost me to build the website. Weebly took no initiative to investigate the matter before removing the website and "disposing" of its contents. I am the company owner and have been providing legal support services for 6 years and this is absolutely unjustified. I would not trust Weebly to host my website again.
