Weight Watchers Hasan Membership cancellation ripoff ,Beware, un known, Internet

I would like to warn all of those that are getting ready to cancel your Weight Watchers membership online.  I cancelled my membership because I found a free membership online exactly like Weight Watchers and I felt why should I pay $18.95 per month when I can get the same thing for free.  So, the first of November, I pulled up the Weight Watchers instructions on how to cancel a membership read it and followed it word for word and so, I thought that was the end of it...so I thought.  While going thru my bank statement in January, I noticed that Weight Watchers took out $18.95 and  again in February.  I emailed their customer service department and explained that I had cancelled my membership in November, but they were still charging me for January and February and I asked for the money to be returned to my account.  I received an email from Hisham stating that on cancelling my membership that I may not have hit the submit button, but Hisham did not answer any of my questions.  I replied back and told this person that I did hit the submit button and did get a conformation that my membership was cancelled.  Hisham emailed me back with the same story and said that he/she has cancelled my membership as of Feb. and my membership would expired on March 18th.  

This person never answered my questions directly and turned around and cancelled my membership using the expiration date of 3/18/13, which makes me have to pay another $18.95 for the Month of March. I sent another email and this time received an email from Hasan informing me that upon researching my records, my membership was cancelled on 2/20/13 and therefore I am not due a refund.  The date of 2/20/13 was the date that Hisham (The Customer Service Associate for Weight Watchers put into the system to cancel my membership) and I will most likely be charged for the month of March.  To sum this up:  I cancelled my membership in November and do not use it since , Weight Watchers kept taking money from my account for January and February and I had cancelled in November.   I emailed Weight Watchers and explained this at which the Customer Service Associate cancels my membership in their system and uses the expiration date of 3/20/13 at which will add another $18.95 to my card.  They will not recognize that they made a mistake and will not return the money to my account, so they get away with $56.85, that I never got the use of.  The free site that I mentioned found is (((REDACTED))) .com .  I found it to be pretty much the same as weight watchers except that it is free.
