Wells Fargo Auto Finance Wells Fargo Auto Finance Lying, Illegal Practice, Repoed Spouse's Truck San Antonio Texas

So today, (8/8/14) at 6:30 am, my boyfriend went to go to work. Came back in and told me his truck was gone. First thought was that it was stolen. But it came to be found out that Wells Fargo came and Repoed it at 1:00am.

Now the truck is in his Dads name. His dad got behind 4 months on the payment. Now my boyfriend gets anuity because he got ran over when he was 6. And he had planned to use that money to pay what his dad owed on the truck.

Couple weeks back his dad calls Wells Fargo and the set up a deal that if they made at least two payments which came to about $1,200 that they wouldn't take the truck and let him catch up on the other two payments. And that when they made the payment they wanted him and his dad to call to confirm.

Well they payed and they called about almost 40 times and even left messages. They never answered or called back my boyfriend or his dad.Well guess what? THEY LIED!!! They came and Repoed it anyways.

And finally my boyfriend got a hold of one if the CSR's and one told him that in the notes that yes they had the agreement about the 1,200 and etc. And all I know from that conversation is that's what happened that the guy confirmed and I guess he had to call back.

I don't know but my boyfriend called again and the next person was very rude and told him no we don't have that in the notes and that they were supposedly call everyday and and that my boyfriend and his dad never answered and that no agreement was ever made. 

And now they are saying that if he doesn't give 18,000+ for the truck in full they will auction it off in 10 days. My boyfriend just got this job as a cable installater and needs that truck to work and now he cant work with out it. He'll now have to find another job.

So now that shows they're lying and either possibly deleting what was there or frauding the notes. And I know that yes it was his Dads fault for getting behind, but I have read other stories about this where one person was behind 4 days and they rpoed it anyways even this she made the payment. She was in her car and the took it from her right then and there. And other person with the same situation. Repoed it and threatened to auction it off if not paid in full by a short time period. 

There have been multiple lawsuits against Wells Fargo for the Auto Financing and even Home Mortgaging. What is going to make them stop??? In 2012 they had about 30 lawsuits against them which I believe that Wells Fargo lost because of the proof of they're Illegal Practices. What is it going to take for them to stop doing this Crap?? What makes them think they have the right to do this?

They need to be stopped!! And for GOOD!!! Something needs to be done to shut them down or something to where they HAVE TO STOP this IMMEDIATELY!! I'm going to be reporting to local news stations, Articles like Huffington Post and hopefully get this to national news. 

We need to all gather and go against them and get the attention of the government or something that will make them stop. This is rediculous. Taking advantage of people like that illegally. I hope this can get started soon and however. It just needs to be done.
