wells fargo dealer services wells fargo auto finance will not let me pay the balance of the loan by phone . I am trying to get a title loan to cover my bills after being laid off . I start my new job on Monday. They are not accepting a payment by phone phoenix, Internet

I have a loan with Wells Fargo Auto dealer . I lost my job 6 weeks ago and finally found one that I start Monday . I only owe $20 on my car, but they hit me with $431 in late fees when I got behind.
I needed to pay December's bills so I went to a title loan place to get a loan to pay off the car and pay this months bills until my pay comes in regularly again.
The first title store balked at it because Wells Fargo has no place in Phoenix to go pay your loan off . I found another one who said they will handle it and to just find out the info from them on how to make the payment .
They were extremely rude when I asked how this company can  pay them by phone. They said no and I said but I pay by phone . He was very rude and said it had to be by check which would take 3 weeks to clear . I told him that they were going to pay the loan to them in full  .Why would they not accept that ?
This bank is a preditory lender .I am trying to pay them and they are causing major problems when there should be none . I am going to be put out on the street . 
Looking at all the complaints listed on here because of them how are these crooks allowed to keep treating people like this and stay in business ?
Can someone help? Please ?
