Wells Fargo Bank, Loan Service Center an overpaidment was made during a payoff period. I can't get my $300.00 back ,they say they don't have the records anymore Siouxs FAlls, North Dakota, Albuquerque, New Mexico

A payoff payment was made and received by Wells Fargo on 8/28/06. An electrtonic bank withdrawl was taken out of our checking account on 8/30/06 for $305.06. I called about the overpayment which I was told by a Travis Shmert that I would receve the overpayment in less than 30 days.

I called him today 10/02/06 and he says that they do not have any records of any payment on file and now can't determine if there was an overpayment. They acknowledge being paid off but do not know what they payoff check was for or if the took monies out of our account.

I can prove the ampunt of the check being sent to them in the amount of $13,589.50, an auto bank payment withdrawl of 305.06 for a payoff of #13,579.06.
