A scammer using Wells Fargo Home Mortgage-company and address:8480 StagecoachCir. Fredrick,MD 21701-4747,phone #301) 668-2740( a number that only ring's). Had reported that my Mortgage 30 Day Delinquent. To my bank from: Experian Creditor Agency. By the way they have the Wrong Bank and i'm not 30 days Delinquent. So, this is a False statement. So, just wanted everyone to keep an eye on your Credit/Bank report's.

If I read this right you have a mortgage with another bank(not Wells Fargo) yet they are reporting you 30 days late. If so, then what exactly is the "scam"?
Unless there is a huge security breach at Experian(and I would think if there was it would be big news), a company is just not going to post negative information on a random's person report.
You may want to look at more "logical" reasons.
- Wells Fargo got your SSN mixed up with someone elses account number
- Experian made an error and put someone elses info on your report
Unfortunatly this does happen, but both of these are fairly easy fixes. All you would need to do is contact Experian and dispute the information. They SHOULD find the error and remove the listing.
The third way may be a bit more of a problem, if it is the case. You may be a victim of Identity Theft. In this case they were able to get a mortgage with your information. I am not saying that it is the case, but if it is you may have a bit of work ahead of you. The first would be to verify you have no other "issues" on your credit report. Then you need to file a police report and place a Fraud Alert on your credit report.
