Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We called in on a Friday night when we were purchasing a new car and needed a payoff on a current, always paid on time loan with Wells Fargo. They gave us an amount, the dealer cut the check and mailed to them, then three weeks later we recieved a bill from them stating we have the incorrect payoff amount and now want more money! We have already licensed our new car and these theives want more money!!!! These People Are Thieves!!

Interest is generated on a daily basis. Do you know when the dealer sent that check? Do you know for a fact the dealer made the check out for the correct amount? Did you see the check and the amount? What was the bank's explanation for the increased amount? Did you call them and ask? I wouldn't just send them a check without an explanation! What did the paperwork...the bill of sale say? You do know the amount you owe doesn't just disappear, right? It is added to the new loan. The amount of the check should equal the amount called "negative equity".
