Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance "corp" Harrasment, extortion, unfair practice, threats, horrible service, deception..the list goes on Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I financed with wells fargo acceptance several years ago and started an automatic draft from my paycheck to pay the note. It gets paid on the first of the month (like clockwork) and apparently it started out 10 days behind on the first payment. When I called to have them change the payment due date so I don't get charged anything, they told me that they wouldn't do that, but they could "take an extra payment now". yeah. If I had that money lying around I probably wouldn't have needed to get a loan from WFFA, aka: "Rocko's Loan and Pawn Shop". Trust me they make it sound like theyre coming to break your legs if youre more than two days behind.

I have checked my credit, nothing from them there, I think there's something prohibitting that. But when I got out of the military they told me that the loan would be "sent to collections because of the military clause in the loan" and promptly hung up...WTF?!? Not sure what the crap that is. Im hoping that was just another one of their ploys to get me to pay more money on my 21% loan! Well the good news is my credit is finally cleared up and I am going to refi after I get married this month. Just wanted to drop a line here, so hopefully the wary consumerist knows not to deal with this shady company. Cheers, all and I hope your battle with Rocko goes better than mine!
