Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance ripoff, Automatically buying Auto INs. for you Chester Pennsylvania

I purchased a 2004 chevrolet trail blazer in june of 2004.They had requested proof of ins. be sent to them. I did this as my policy was for six months : from June 15th to Dec. 15th 2004. I sent them this.Did not hear from them until I received a letter saying this is your insurance policy we have purchased for you because I had not given them proof>>> I immediately called and said hey I had sent this proof. The girl said yes they had it and would credit the policy..

I then received a letter showing cancelation of the policy (all but three months) and they were demanding $273.00. I called and they told me they did not have proof of Oct, Nov, DEc.( duh!!! the proof I sent said june 15 to Dec 15.) I had several harrassing phone calls from them and one really rude guy . After all this the amount had ballooned to over $475.00. I was totally getting angry. I then receivced a call at work. I talked with this fellow who said they had no proof of these 3 months. He told me to get my ins co to fax over what they called a declaration page and the charge would be credited.

I did this and my ins. co said they did it 5 minutes after my phone call.Still more harrassing calls. I then got my ins. co on the phone and she contacted Wells Fargo while I was on there and we were on 3 - way. They said it was great and it would be handled..WRONG!!! more calls... Months later it has beeen resolved but their reluctance and incompetincy of their people scare me. They said that it was all my fault from the beginning because I had not sent them the proper proof page they wanted. They had never said what to send!!! Only to send proof. In the beginning if this was not what they wanted, seeing as how they can sure call and harrass you why wouldnt you call me and say Mr. Knotts you didnt send us what we wanted pleaase do so. How does someone correct a mistake that they arent aware that they made. WOW what a way to do business.

I am trying to get another finance company to take my loan. I almost always got a total run around and that it was all my fault. I advise that you stay away from this company.....
