Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Ripoff Abuse Des Moines Iowa

My husband and I have been beaten, bruised and battered by this company. Prior to maternity leave funds became very tight...trying to explain this to them and attempting to work something out was completely useless. They harrassed us daily with non stop phone calls threatening, yelling, attacking me.

They would harrass me at work, harrass fellow employees if I was away from my desk, calling surounding extensions...it was insane.

From what I understand it is 100% illegal for them to call my place of employment in CA unless it is to verify employment??? Well that law was repeatedly disregarded and broken!

Prior to funds being tight and post vehicle purchase, we had no way to contact or pay them. We never recieved any paperwork etc with information on our loan, payment due dates, phone numbers, addresses to mail the payment too etc. I had to research them online, dial several numbers, and get transfered a dozen times before I reached someone with some answers on how to pay them!

The lady instructed me to mail a check to the designated address. Everytime I mail a payment to this address they hold on to the check for 3 weeks and beyond! I would become concerned that they hadnt recieved the check by that time but upon calling found out that they where set up on a "30 day payment system" with my bank. Which means the bank has up to 30 days to process the payment...???? Its the wierdest thing Ive ever heard. Why dont these people want my money??

They ended up reposessing the car even though we were making our payments!!

Getting that car out of impound was the craziest experience ever. I have a typed transcript of the whole ordeal. Nobody can beleieve the hell they put us through...not even the CSR at the company! That car was destined from the beginning to be taken and NEVEr returned...they wanted to make sure of that. She even stated that she couldnt believe I actually was able to get ahold of her to try and resolve the issue! It took 4 days of being on the phone from 8am to 5pm...no joke. But I did it.

The harrassing phone calls are out of control and if you answer they verbally assault you.

I am interested in forming a lawsuit against them, if there is one pending I would like to join the list of victims! If there are others out there like me please contact me!

After the birth of my baby the stress they caused was so great that I had to suplement with formula....stress causes breast milk production to hault. Wells Fargos actions also threatened my job by harrassing the whole office.

They are so wrong, vile, and blatently foul.
