Wells Fargo Financial Auto Acceptance Ripoff Harrassing Rude not accepting my car payment! Phoenix Arizona

Wells Fargo Financial auto acceptance calls me the day my payment is due- at work, all hours of the day- including weekends & Sundays at 9pm even- asking for my payment- even when it is not late! I am now for the first time in 7 years with them, 2 payments late due to medical emergancies in my family. My mom called to make the payment for me, but they refused to accept it!(They accpeted it many times before from her- hey- it's money!) Now they are saying they wont accept just 1 payment- they want them both! I do not have 1,060.00 to pay them up front(My payment is 516.00). I will be calling them back today and will let you know the outcome.
