Wells Fargo Home Mortgage dishonest people, ripoff Des Moines Iowa

I have read so many complaints here about Wells Fargo. People please contact the Comptroller of Currency. They do have a voice.

My bank was purchased by Wells Fargo in 2001. I went to Wells Fargo in 2002 to apply for a refinance. The entire package was drawn and signed and I spent my cash on hand for a new roof only to find two weeks later that my application was denied because I had an alias on my report.

They could not show me this proof and I obtained copies of my credit report, delivered them to the bank and they said basically, too bad, that what our computer said. The loan officer quit over this and to this day they have not proven this. They indeed took this stance because I live in a manufactured home and they do not do buisiness with manufactured homes.

They have contacted me this year over the phone, an alternative lender, and I can only assume that they had pulled my file and wanted to fix this problem. Again I jumped through all the hoops and they even ordered an appraisal and then someone realized it is an manufactured home and they denied me once again.

They have been reaping my payment every month ut refuse to have the worl know that they discriminate against people whom live in manufactured homes. They network their lies together and people whom I have never met or corresponded with have labeled me as ANGRY.

Footnote; I bought this home from the vice president of the bank at the time and it was thus financed at that same bank. Very discriminatory buisiness. Dishonest
