Wells Fargo Home Mortgage ripoff dealing with incompetent people in home motgage Colorado Springs Colorado and nationwide

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a rip-off. If you want a problem stay with that company.

Several years ago, my husband was laid-off and we got behind in payments. When he got a job again, we were paying several months at a time. However, they failed to credit my account. They put the house into forclosure.

It took me over a year to get them to credit my account. I had to fax them 7 times with the same information. Finally, I stated that hard copies are also be sent.

Then I need to threaten the company. With state laws and statutes referance, they finally took my house out of foreclosure.

Here we go again, 2005. I got very sick and major problems in my area with kids damaging my house and car. We have paid them in 2/05 most of the behind payments. When reviewing my statments, there is another mistake in my ending balance. A differance of over $1400.00

When I spoke to the company, I was told that the statment balance didn't have to match because I was paying for 2004. When I asked what differance that made, that you statements had to have the correct balance, she could not understand. Any idiot can figure out you start with a beginning, add your current month, minus any payments and should end up with a figure that matches. No other charges were listed. Then I was told she can even find the statement I was refering to.

State law requires Wells Fargo to send an itemized list of expenses that the want us to pay. What a joke.

They tells us to contact there attorney. That doesnnn't prove that they paid these fees. When I told them they needed to provide me with this based on the law. They hung-up.

How can you resolve a problem. when you cannot not even speak to the same person. How are you suppose know who is going to get your faxes?

This company needs to lose it's right to issue mortgages. I believe this already happened in CA.

My house is still in foreclosure, and whenever, I call the add another $2,000 to $3,000 to the cure figure. According to my records they only thing I behind is their so called fees. Which I have no inforamtion about.

They need to be shut down!!!!!
