Wells Fargo has gone overboard with their overdraft fees. I have had it with Wells Fargo gouging their customers.
Fight back! Wells Fargo uses a technology called TeaLeaf which logs screenshots of all your visits to the their online banking web sites. This technology can be useful to anyone who is trying to prove their assertion that Wells Fargo is not playing fair. I suggest your use this information if you need proof for your litigation or to substantiate your demands.

For Jim, you don't understand. See, the bank has all this money so when I use my Debit card or write a check that goes beyond what is in my account the bank should take some of that extra money they have and cover my negative balance until I can get around to put money into my account. I mean, I am going to get paid on Friday, they can wait while I keep writing checks and using my Debit card. Why should I pay a fee for this? I had a poor education in math and can't figure out how to subtract one number from another in my check register so it is up to the bank to take care of me.
I do agree on one thing, the NSF fees are outrageous but I watch my balance and I cannot remember getting an NSF fee in over 30 years.

The "TRICK" To Over Draft Fees!!!

For those of you complaining about the greedy banks and their outrageous over draft fees...there is a way around this. You need to read this carefully and be ready to take notes if needed. Beware, this can be very complicated for some!
Its called "COMMON SENSE"! Why not know your exact balance before you make a purchase? Why not log each and every purchase and keep a running balance?
Like I said, this can be difficult to understand.
