Wells Fargo Overdraft Fees I am taking them to small claims court San Francisco California
*Consumer Comment: Why do you have so many overdrafts?
I have had numerous problems with Wells Fargo. I have only been with them for a year and it has been the worst. I have had OVER 3k taken out in continous overdraft fees. The customer service is the worst especially on the "executive level" and I can get through to no one. I sent a letter to one of the VP's and I have not received a response as of yet, and it has been over 2 months. I am filing my suit in small claims court and we shall let the just decided this matter.
If there is a lawyer out there that is willing to do a class action lawsuit please contact me. I am also contacting the major media outlets about my situation. This is utterly ridiculous.

Overdraft fees are legal, and the only way to avoid them is NOT to overdraw on your account!!! I've been with Wells Fargo for 3 years and have overdrawn twice, but with OD protection it's just a $10 fee and the money is taken from your credit card or savings.
