I finally decided to get my first credit card and went to the nearest Wells Fargo for just that, and left with nothing but problems. I sat down with Personal Banker Kimberly Johnson.

She opened a new checking and savings account which I did not authorize and was unaware of until I got home. I had to go in to another Wells Fargo to cancel both before I was charged.

While with her, i asked i it was possible to have my credit card automatically paid in full each month directly from my savings account. She said yes, but relentlessly tried to persuade me to have the minimum payment deducted instead of paying in full each month. I had to explain to her several times, that was not what I wanted. She then told me she was setting it up for automatic payment and asked which day I would like it deducted. I told her the 20th would be fine. Come to find out later, this automatic parent system was never set up and had I not called to double check, my credit card would not have been paid on time or at all and it would have tarnished my credit.

My biggest issue lies in the fact that not only did Kimberly Johnson fraudulently open accounts in my name, advise me to make poor financial decisions, and fail to deliver on the one thing I asked, she enrolled me- without my knowledge or consent in an Identity Theft Program for which I have been charged monthly for without my knowledge.

I had sat on the opposite side of the desk and given her all the information she asked for, thinking this was for my credit card, come to find out she was using it to enroll me in a service that I would pay for every month.

When I finally noticed these monthly charges months later, I though my card had been hacked, I didn't know the source of the charges. I calls and reported fraud on my card to which they immediately shut it off and I must now wait for a new card. The lady refunded the full amount of my claim from those charges that I did not authorize. When she was able to tell me that those charges were linked to the identity Theft program starting the date of my credit card I knew it was Kimberly Johnson. The claim lady confirmed it was.

Now I have dealt with nothing but headache all stemming from this one commission-hungry, selfish, and incompetent Personal Banker- Kimberly Johnson. I walked in for just a credit card and walked out with a world of problems.

And I'm supposed to trust these people with my money?

Ignore these people on this site they call every one idiot or imbeciles because they aren't going through anything like we have been put through

These people on this site are so judgemental. Their lives are so perfect that they feel they have the right, to personally insult people who file complaints on here. Then the site says you're not supposeo to use this site for revenge against someone. Well these people who call us names or insult us are allowed to do it. But consumers get the blame for every thing.

 These bad doctors and nursing homes in phenix city report patients to DHR. When they're the ones who dismissed the patients health care wrongfully. Yet some how the people on this site will still blame us or fault us for being reported to the DHR. While they get away with falsely reporting people.

 But the DHR never did anything. Because its the patients right to take their family member out of the nursing home. If they weren't providing quailty care to their love one. Then the nursing home gets mad because they aren't getting money anymore to retialate against my grandmother. They weren't doing right by my grandfather.

They caused my grandfather to be bed ridden 6 months before he died. When this columbus ga rehab took his cane and he fell causing to injur his knee.

Let me clarify, I already had a checking and a savings account prior to going in. She created 2 additional accounts that she did not tell me she was opening. I provided her with the information she said she needed to get my credit card set up. Then I end up with all this bulls**t that I didn't sign/authorize by any means. Yes I read everything in the packet that she gave me. Nothing in there indicate she ha opened any new additional accounts. Now please explain how exactly that qualifies me as an idiot when she did this without my permission?

While I have no like for Wells Fargo or any other big bank, you are an idiot. In order to open a checking/savings account you had to sign documents. You had to show your ID. You would have received a packet of information including checks. 

How did you think the full amount was going to come out of your savings account if you didn't have one? If you did have one previous to this, you certainly didn't say so. 

It always amuses me and makes me wonder about the future of America when people like you want to place blame on everyone else instead of just accepting and admitting the blame was theirs and theirs alone.
