wen by chaz i ordered 1 time to try them and they put me on auto bill. they keep charging me on my debit card. DesMoines Iowa

i ordered wen hair care products one time only and made sure there was no auto bill or auto ship.i dont do business with companys that do. i hadent even opened the box and noticed a month later they deducted another payment from my debit card. i called them and said dont send me anything and i dont ever want another thing from them and to credit card. days later they did. a monthe later they charged me again and told me the box was already shipped out and my card charged.first of all i never recieved a second package to send back and my card has been charged and they wont credit it. i made it clear that i dont want anything to do with this company and they just wont listen to me. they owe me $44.00. They say i have to send the second package back but i never recieved it. i only have one package that i orignally ordered. i would never recomend this company and they owe me the money they charged my card that i did not authorise.
