Western Dental Put a temporary tooth in and tried to up the price on the new crown. Fairfield California

Received a dental treatment at fairfield western dental and i had a dental plan at time which paid up to the limit for treatment. when the plan was at maxxed out they drilled a big hole in my front tooth and said i need a crown and i could make payments but none of this was true and Western Dental wanted me to come out of pocket with 800+ dollars befor they would put in my crown, so i still have the temp tooth in my mouth and they still have my crown and wont work out a payment plan with me. the office caters to spanish speaking customers and they seem to have miscommunication with english. I have tried to work with them but why set me up like that and have me looking stupid with a fake tooth that is glued in for you to make a buck? Do double check all paper work and stop them if your benefits are close to the limit.
