WESTERN DENTAL Harrassed by "center manager Nadia" too new to have a voice, dysfunctional management ORANGE, California

First off I cant beleive I EVER accepted such a sh*y job from such a s**t company. I agree with the dozens of innocent patients that have been scamed but more with the insider Im with you! I was only with this company for a few weeks and was able to see all the shady s**t that happens in there. Its a remedial, entry level, non-educated, ex-cons, hoodlums, hoochies "I mean girls look like Quazimoto" omg, half prego on state assistance tax dollars i pay straight ridiculous. Now the only d**n person that has some sense is Vero, excellent trainner cant get any better maybe a trainning facility but you know with it being a "multi-billion dollar" company that cant afford to make that possible. How in the hell do you hire a trainner that cant even spell the days of the week right and she attends a cal state really? The center manager "wanna be Obama" better yet the DICTATOR NADIA, walks around with her head stuck in her a*s when she should be focusing her NEGATIVE energy on bettering her staff development and identifying the reasons why there is such a high turnover ratio. Within 1 week i was ready to slap them with all the non-sense that they wasted my time for. Im glad i left with a lasting impression of being the "CHALLENGE" they have never faced in 15 years of thier "Career" @ Western Dental. You call being a manager of a bunch of lame, uneducated, yet unfortunate people that dont know any better a career I call that being a Babysitter better yet she's 10 cents short of a nickle! In one day of being on the phone I heard numerous complaints about the wrong teeth being pulled out, people are crying because they want thier dentures and walking around with only 2 teeth for anchors, sh*y customer service, this company is a total rip off. I had someone call to cancel thier initial visit because of all the negative crap he read and heard and he said that he was ready to go knock some peoples heads lol he should of to wake some people up, I told the poor guy whom was on a budget to call delta dental they offer excellent customer service and my dentist is amazing Dr. Tran in santa ana on bristol. I'm curious how they go about selecting thier trainners im thinking they pulled numbers from a hat and Grace got lucky, literally because you need to go back to the phones and leave the trainning for Vero. Im glad i freed myself from this dump Im @ a better company that CARES ABOUT THIER EMPLOYEES TAKE NOTE NADIA YOU MIGHT HAVE A BIGGER FAN BASE, AND FYI IM EMBARRASSED FOR YOU TALKING TO NEW HIRES ABOUT YOUR DYSFUNCTIONAL MARRIAGE AND FAMILY ISSUES BECAUSE NOBODY CARES!!!!!! GOOD LUCK RESEARCH HOW THE REAL MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES OPERATE AND YOU MIGHT JUST HAVE SOME SUCCESS AND SATISFIED EMPLOYEES. OH BEFORE I FORGET YOUR ACTUALLY ON THE TOP 1000 FORTUNE COMPANIES MY PREVIOUS WAS ACTUALLY TOP 53! Good luck ladies you know who you are!!!
