#1 Consumer Suggestion
Kenyon, it wa YOU who agreed to run ILLEGALLY!
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Kenyon,
This is so common in the industry, but it only happens because drivers allow it to happen.
NEVER run illegally for anyone, especially some dispatcher/DM who is only concerned about getting the bonus on your miles. JUST SAY NO!!
The problem now, is that you cannot even file FMCSA complaints against them, as you CHOSE to run illegally. Falsifying a logbook is a crime, and you can be prosecuted, and at very least lose your CDL. Is it really worth it?
However, you can dispute the report as per your rights under the FCRA, and you can also add your 100 word statement.
