Western Express got unauth. location-w/o notice.On my dac report,i got auth.from fleet manager to drop the truck in one of their drop yard that they use to pick up their vehicle. I also quacomm the message to her when i get the vehicle to that desination ,that I lock and secured the vehicle. Also turn the keys into management at that loc. that I took their vehicle. Also she told me if I take the vehicle to the terminal upon resigning.that im responsible for my well being going to my desination,and that they will not get me a way home. That terminal is in Nashville,and I stay in Memphis.
They also did not pay me my last check,cause they took it from me. To get the vehicle,and beside she knew where the vehicle was loc. at anyway. Now its hard for me to get employed in transportation. Cause of the false information on my dac.I did not abandon the vehicle, I communicated to the company. I can understand if I did not communicated with them, in finding the vehicle that it will be abandoment.

Since DAC was acquired by NSIS they are bound by the statutes of the "fair Credit Reporting act"; this allows you to challenge and provide your version of their submission of the event. They must then investigate, if that proves inconclusive they (NSIS/DAC) must include your challenge, statement and their conclusion. Can negate a negative claim, but be sure your statement is factual and concise, names dates etc...
