Recently hired on at Western Express after long greyhound bus, when my bus arrived early morning i called the shuttle number they provided only to get voicemail, after several attemps and no callback and sitting at bus station for hours i purchased ticket back home and they refuse to refund my money for their error, that is not the way to treat any hire.
