westgate resorts central florida investments we were lied to, cheeted,and just out right direspected in so many ways ocoee , Florida

my husband and i (who at the time were engaged) went on vacation in the smoky mountains. we opted to go to a time share thing for free tikets to some shows. at the westgate time share they said food it was popcorn. WE listened and said maybe . They took our licenses and would not give them back. We were there 6 hrs of our vacation that day. i had a hypoglysemic attack and wanted to leave . they would not let us leave, they had opur licenses. They fed me a sandwich. we talked to the paper work lady n i left the room at least 4 times nand said no i do not want to do this.

They had my husband convinced so we could leave just finish the paper work, They lied to us said taxes n fees would never change they said we could call and cancel with in 30 days , they said it was a nice resort n we would get perks and could sell it back if we wanted. we called less then 10 days after signing they could not help us. called again a few days later and said we could not cancel it time limit was up. NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD IN THE BEGINNING!!! we were told it was property we could file on taxes and would look good on credit report. NONE of the above happened.

As a matter of fact i called them about taxes n fees because they changed when we were told they would never change. they said owners decided that. yay right. I called to see why the good payment s that atomatically come out of our account was not on our credit. They said we do not do that. Another lie we were told in the begging!! i said can i speek to  a superviser . They told me no no no. They were busy would call me back never happened.

They said they do not put good payments on credit report for the customer because it helps the customer. But if you are delinquint for 59 days it goes on your credit report as bad credit. They just do not report good credit for they customers benifit. we stayed in out condo for 4 days it was not clean , noisy,internt sucked and you could see into other peoples places and them ours, so no privacy. i wish some one would help me get out of this stupid contract . i would gladly take class action with anyone else PLEASE!!!!

they even said at first if we did not like it they would sell it for us another LIE. I truelly hope they understand that God see's everything and the wrong they are doing to people is not right. Please someone help me or give some advice. we have mad payments on time at a reduicuois rate for 3 almost 4 yrs now. HELPPLEASE!! We want out!!!!oh and after we got married they still have not changed my name. They said they did and did not. Now they tell me it will have to signed noterized and another fee added to change my name to my husbands. Ain't that  just funny . More money for them for nothing
