Westlake financial services co-conspired with a sleazy auto dealership in Brooklyn N.Y. called " A Class Auto sales ", bu putting false information upon my application to ascertain a financial loan without my knowledge. When i figured out what happened and brought it to there attention, they said its not their problem and that I'm still responsible for the loan. Then when I finally received all my documents they explained to me that I still owe them 12,000.00 for a vehicle after i paid them 8,000.00 in cash. Then they changed the apt on me from the agreed upon 9.1% to a whopping 18%. Now they came to repossess my vehicle from my house without notification. Nor did they make me aware of this within my contract. And last but not least, it's been over 5 months now and I've yet to receive my title to my vehicle. They are crooks and what they did I found out it was completely. I'm having a meeting with the ny state attorney general's office becuz I want all my money back and for them to be penalized severely.

Of course it is never your fault, you are just a "victim" of "circumstance"..right?  After all you really have A+ credit but because of something that was not your fault you got stuck with a Sub-Prime lender due to the fact that you have not shown you can handle credit.

bu putting false information upon my application to ascertain a financial loan without my knowledge.
- So you just handed them over a blank application with your signature on it?

Then when I finally received all my documents they explained to me that I still owe them 12,000.00 for a vehicle after i paid them 8,000.00 in cash
- Okay so how much was the car?  How much did you finance?  What was your monthly payment and how long had you paid on it?

Now they came to repossess my vehicle from my house without notification.
- And you really expect them to give you a call telling you they are coming to pick up the vehicle. All that does is give you an opportunity to hide it from them.  By the way how delinquent were you when the reposeseed it. Keeping in mind that a partial Payment is not a full payment and you can be considered late.

And last but not least, it's been over 5 months now and I've yet to receive my title to my vehicle
- You don't receive the title until you pay off the loan. Which since the previous statement stated they reposessed the car, this would be highly unlikely.

I'm having a meeting with the ny state attorney general's office becuz I want all my money back and for them to be penalized severely.
- Yea...good luck with that.
