Whipple Plumbing Buried the cost of "free" water heater in cost of new furnace/ac installation Salt Lake City Utah

Fairly high pressure sales technique, but I needed a new furnace, AC unit and water heater.  They said if I buy the furnace and ac, they would give me the water heater free.  THEY LIED.   They accidentally sent me internal invoices via email, and they absolutely buried the cost of the water heater into the price of the furnace and ac unit. 

I double checked other vendors (after the fact unfortunately), and verified that the charges for the furnace and ac were inflated.  I am SO sorry that I fell for their "good guys, local" shtick on the radio.  Called them on it, and they would not do anything about it.  Spent $15,000 on a furnace and ac unit...oh yeah, and a "free" water heater...and my home is nothing huge.  The service was fine, but their offers and ethics are very suspect.  Caveat emptor.
