This company was a rip off to me and probably many others. Don't be fooled by their great marketing compaign that makes them so clean and caring.  They will get you in on a very small price or a big discount and the $49 will turn to $800-$2000 quickly.  Turns out that even with the higher price, their tech misdiagnosed the problew.  We needed to call another plumbler who fixed the problem for $195.  That is $1200 less than the Whipple bid.  When I called to complain they gave me the old run around.  They appear to be really good to avoid issues from people who complain.  I am sure that they are one of the top plumbing companies that receive complaints.  Don't be fooled by their cheap prices up front.  They will get you for much more than a good plumbing company."A customer who will never use them again and will tell everyone he knows"
