The Tech Scott told me my toilet was no good. A NEW TOILET W/FIVE YR Guarantee COST $845. New TOILET A Couple days later it leaked like my other TOILET had. I called & complained about the toilet seat & leaking toilet. I received an ADVERTISEMENT saying TOILET REG PRICE $649. NOW $299. INSTALATION FREE. It's There Preimum toilets. Tina said SCOTT VOGA TEC would have to ok the refund. When he came to repair floor 1/13/09 I showed the AD to Scott and demaned a refund. Scott stated the toilet they installed was different then the Ad., but he would refund the difference. I wanted $700 because my toilet was only about 3 YRS old and there toilet leaked. WE AGREED UPON $555. TO BE REFUNDED. I called the office and talked to Tina she told me Scott never agreed to refund the money.

As stated above, I am confused as to the complaint? Did you get the refund? If we agreed to it and haven't paid it, have you called back to inform us? Please let us know! If you don't respond to this, then I can only assume you have been dealt with and are a satisfied customer.

i don't get why this is in the ripoff report!!??!! He refunded the money even though it was not the same toilet as the ad.wouldn't you classify it as a ripoff if he hadn't.Please clarify.Thank you.
