they keep putting us off telling us 10 days it will be back in your account when its not we call back and are told 10 more days and adter almost a month we have not received ourmoney so new channels and BBB will be my next move to protect the next person from being scammed Sears/whynotleaseit

Refusing to give back $183.60 refund and making many many calls to the company only to keep being put off! Its been almost a month and they are not giving us our money back!!
