Whynotleaseit Tempo. Sears i went to sears in feb. 2017 to buy a generator. they said they had to order it but i had to start paying whynotleaseit right then. hope arkansas

I went to sears to buy a generator. they didn't have it in stock. they had to order it. I started paying whynotleaseit that day. I made 3 additional $180 dollar payments and still hadn't received it. I called sears and they said they didn't know what was going on but would get back with me. I did stop payments that day.i called tempo and they said it was my problem and I owed them the cost of the lease. I called sears and they said they don't know what happened to the generator. now. over a year later I'm being sued by them claiming I have the generator and didn't return it. I called Nathan the store owner and he shows I paid but never received the generator. now. I'm out money I already paid and will be sued for a generator I never received.
