They made fake posts on Craigslist to lure applicants in. The owner made it seem like they had apartments available when obviously he had no intentions of renting. He charged me 80$ and I never got a call back and he never called my HR to verify my income. No background check was done either. They are frauds! I hope they get shut down immediately! It's wrong how they scam people who really need a place to live. I hope you read this and don't fall into their trap like others and I did.

Reports of Application Fees Scam

If you check out the BBB report on this place (F rating), and read other reviews found at various sites, you will find many, many people report there appears to be a scam going on with this place taking application fees but never actually running checks or considering them for an apartment. You need to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, and a complaint with the BBB. I'd also contact the consumer reporter/troubleshooter with my local news station. KXAS (NBC 5) has an investigative team. They will go over there and put cameras in their faces and demand answers. Don't let these people continue to get away with this.
