 Williamsburg Townhomes on Forest lane in Garland, Texas is a scam. They have the same (2) units available. ( 1 ) one and (1) two bedroom unit # 113. available . It is always left empty so they can show the units and collect application fees. They do not run a check on the applications. They just deny all people and collect $40.00 from everyone. They can not produce a record of ever checking credit. They require money orders. This is thieft. They refuse to give you their name or any information on the owners. If you have also fallen victom to this scam I suggest a class action law suite. I intend to make a police report and one to the atty Generals office. I suggest everyone do the same. They can be asked to leave if they are. convicted of certain crimes. good luck. I realize its only $40.00 but do you want then to make a fortune when all of out 40.00 fees add up. We work for our money why should we let them steal ours and live large. Not going to happen.
