Had no choice but to live at these horrible apartments because I needed something quick. Walter and Marta (Russians) are the biggest scammers that I can think of. They want you to pay $530 for a 500 sq. foot apartment that has mold, roaches, mice, and bedbugs. The nasty carpet was actually green shag carpet that was old, smelly, had no padding whatsoever. There is no insulation in the walls so it brings your utility bills up to an exhortantant amount. They charge $80 for an aplication fee and then will tell you that that the check came back as "high risk". I found out later that they did no check on me. Because of what they said...and my situation at the time, I ended up paying over $600 to move in. Later, after looking at the sex offender database, I found out that there was 13 high risk sex offenders living there (40 unit complex). You do the math on percentages. When I moved out Walter would not give me my $600 deposit back. I left my apartment 100 times better whan I moved in. This place is horrible and please don't move here. I lived in apartment 109...so you,..Walter and Marta, know that I'm speaking the truth. You are horrible people scamming people that have no choice but to live there.
