Windstream Communications Rip-off / Deceptive Little Rock Arkansas

Do not utilize the "services" of Windstream.  We have used them for 3 years, they purchased the phone company that we were using.  We are not under contract with Windstream.  To cancel our T1 circuit (we have gone with a more affordable carrier) Windstream is charging us $450.00.  There was nothing about this when we agreed to service with Windstream.  A total Fleece!  In order to start the cancellation process, we have to sign a paper agreeing to the $450.00 fee.  Otherwise we are stuck paying them month to month.  And, as a side not, Windstream's service is very expensive and terrible.  We make calls all day and often we have to use our personal cell phones!  Take our advise, stay far away from Windstream!  They are deceptive and a complete RipOff!
