I have been trying to have an installation of a telephone line put in place in a new facility since July 27, 2015.  We completed the paperwork required by Windstream and faxed back.  Out other facility was being sold so we needed to have a new line put into a new location.  THe woman we spoke to at Windstream said it would take 10-14 days to get completed but she would try to expedite the process.  As of the the 3rd of August 2015 we still have yet to have any form of installation.

We found out the original woman cancelled our order without our knowledge as she failed to complete something properly.  Whenever you call them all you har are apologies but nothing to get the job done.  I have sent emails to the Vice President of the company who turfed off to someone else who has only given excuses but NO real assistance.  Whenever you call a local number you always get soeone in Arkansas who has NO idea about our location.  When asked to speak to someone at a local facility they say they cannot do that and we just have to go through there system.  In some cases I was on the telephone with them for over an hour, long times on hold and spoke to 6 different people in one call. 

They were saying the other provider would not release the number but we had a confirmation from the other carrier the number was released a long time ago. 

The only reason we went with this company as the building we are going into already had them as a carrier and all the wiring was there.  We felt it would be much easier.

I have now written to the President and CEO of this company and waiting to see if he will even respond.

Can you imagine what it is like to have  business and not have any phone service for over a month so how do clients and patients get in contact with you?  This is horrible and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone EVER!!!!!!!

A customer should have better customer service than this.  No one wants to take responibility but say I'm sorry ou are having this trouble nd we will see what we can do to correct it.  That is what I have been hearing for the last week and a half in which time it normally takes to have installation, but there again is lack of customer service.
