Windstream Cancelled service 4 days into new billing cycle and company won't prorate Nationwide
I called today, 10/17/2017, to cancel my phone and internet service. At the very end of the call I was told that I will still have to pay for the service through 11/12/2017. I was told that in the state of Florida they do not prorate. That is ridiculous. Was that their policiy when I first signed up?
I have been a customer of theirs since 2000. Why should I have to pay for the other 26 days that I won't have service? I didn't complain when my internet was down for over a week after Hurricane Irma.
