Winston Financial Management fraudulent travel promotions ripoff Halifax Nova Scotia

My wife received a notification that she won a drawing on May 7th, winning the prize in the third category. The notification uses her maiden name, which she hasn't used in years. The letter is dated May 18th, 2007.
The notification included a check from JP Morgan Chase Bank. The check is for 2900 dollars, and the claim is that she has won a vacation worth 50,000 dollars. The 2900 is supposed to be deducted from the 50k, leaving a balance of 47,100.

The letter goes on to say that we'll be cruising on the Intrepid Ocean Liner in an all-inclusive round-trip cruise to the Carribeans.

It says to contact Albert Woods, at 1-902-412-9386. It must be claimed before June 11th, 2007.
It is signed by Kathleen Amos. It also has a bar code at the bottom of the letter.
