I went in to this company a few weeks ago to buy a phone. I ran into a balding salesman by the name of Jake. This guy lied to me about everything. He set me up with a plan with no service in my area. He said he would waive the activation fee. He lied! When I recieved the bill I flipped. I called the company and they did nothing. They are located in Scottsdale AZ! I got lucky though. They gave me the salesmans name. Daniel Mckown. Get htis he lied to me. He said his name was Jake.
Anyway I went to see the district attorney to see what I could do. He told me my best luck is to go after the associate. He told me this guy had a very bad criminal record. He gave me a website to look into. WI circuit court access. This guy that sold me a phone is a felon. Drug selling, Convicted child rapist, and so on. If anybody has been lied to and shammed before by this guy let me know.

I do believe this one however, chances are you've got someone like that slipping through the cracks in every industry, so im not so sure it's fair to blame a nation wide company for one idiots actions. then again you're complaint sounds rather odd, so i doubt its even true, but like i said, i've seen worse so it's quite possible. don't buy from fast talkers lol, just walk away in mid sentence while they call you names as you're walking away, and do it when there is someone important around, chances are they'll slip up and say something stupid to get themselves in trouble. its worked for me ;)
