Wizard Of Claws Misrepresented size of puppy Pembrooke Pines Florida

I bought a puppy from Wizaed of Claws for my daughter and myself in Oct 2007 the dog was suppose to be a 3-4lbs dog. (Chihuahua) My dog is now 6lbs and growing. When I was there I spoke to gilda, she was helping me pick out my dog. And like some of the others, she also brought out the wrong dogs with the microchip. She told me over and over again that this dog would not even get to 4lbs.

What a big LIE. I told her how important it was for me to get a small dog because I travel quite a bit and I hate leaving an animal home with a sitter or boarding my dog, so I needed to have a real small dog that I can travel with. Well that has gone out the door. I have to hire someone to stay and sleep at my house with my baby girl until get home from my trips which is alot more expensive than I thought!

Wizard of claws totaly missrepresented the dog. Don't get me wrong I love my little girl but she is not what I intended. It makes me sad knowing I have to leave her!

Does anyone know if I have any kind of legal standing on this? I Don't usally do stuff like this but when you spend 2500.00 for a dog it should be as they say. Thank god my dog is healthy, after reading some of the other posts, I guess I should be thankful that mine is healthy!!
