Wolpoff & Abramson scam artists, unfair debt practices, illegally trying to withhold my salary !! Rockville Maryland

I have had the misfortune of being contacted by this ruthless company. Two years ago i was doing some business and needed a copy of my credit report.

I looked into my report and found a jugement against me. I did not reconize the debt, so i had it removed from my report. The credit agency invesigated and removed it.

Then last year wolpoff & abramson contacted me in regards to a bally fitness membership. I told them I was not the person they were looking for. They advised me to report it to the police, because somebody was using my identity. I did report it and sent a copy to w&a. I did not hear from them for about a year.

Until recently when i received a letter stating they were going to my employer and garnish my wages.

I have never had a contract with bally's fitness. I do not owe this debt and i refused to pay. I had to contact an attorney to fight this matter. I am also looking into possible counter claim against this company.
