Hello,

I installed and tested the Recoverit program before on my computer and it located 2,000 images.

I purchased the license for the Wondershare Photo Recovery (CPC) program.

Supposedly the CPC image program would scan the same images, but that's not what happened.

How should I proceed? can you help me?
