I purchased DVD Creator but part of the program does not work on my Macintosh computer as Wondershare says it should. I contacted customer service and they suggested I try one thing.  I did as they suggested, but it did not work.  I worked five more emails explaining that what they asked me to try did not work.  They never answered any of those emails.  I has asked for a refund twice, but have not heard back from them

I just wanted to see if you had any resolution to this situation as of yet. If you haven't, please let me know the ticket number that you had in the system, and I'll try to get it sorted out for you. This should have been taken care of quickly and easily for you.
