Wondershare Wondershare is a scam site avoid this company at all costs

Several issues with this company! This video editor company is a complete scam. This site does not have proper security with their editors and your work is not safe and private. It can erase your work randomly and they cant recover it. The site also does not function properly after addressing my issues and requests to wondershare they did not help and ripped me off from my paid account. I got a new computer and reset everything and requested my registration code that was lost, gave them proof of my account and licensed email, my name which is used for my payment and on my bank account and the first 6 digits of my card number used to pay which I did but they would not give me my code back even after all that proof.

They said I have to send them my bank statement with my personal account numbers for proof. ....No I dont think so! that is sketchy. The customer service was very poor, it took them 2 days to respond the first time then 3 days and never gave an explanation. So I tried to call them with the phone numbers listed and both numbers were fake!!! One did not exist and the other one was a different company the wrong number! and I confronted them about the numbers and they wouldnt provide me one oand respond to me telling them the numbers didnt work. 

I emailed them again with my proof I am the card holder and account holder never got a response! If thats not enough of a scam they also are not located in America and there response to emails are very dense and incompetent. Like Im talking to a dumb robot. So the customer service is horrible, they scammed me, they have scammed many others as reviews have suggested. I was very patient with them and waited for their help to get into my paid account for I edit videos for a living and stressed the importance of needing to get back in but they dont care they were just trying to get personal information they did not need to find my account. Showing their assez.

This site also has givin me problems with the actual editor it would shut itself down and iv lost really hard work before because of their software errors. Also the site does not work right I cannot get a scroll on the main pages and look at the options to buy more effects so I never had and avoided the site. I still kept wondershare because it was familair and I knew how to use it so those problems I over looked but this was the last straw showed me what a scam they really are. Very incompetent employees. Iv switched my editor to a business that actually has common sense and has good customner support. This Wondershare is the only editor site I had issues with.. never again! So many other editors i learned out there way better and reliable and safe to use that will not scam you and they actually care about their reputation! This one obviously does not.Do not spend a dime with Wondershare its not a top editor not even close should be on the scam advisory scam alerts!
